Ohio native Kimberly Adams is an award-winning artist currently living and working in Toledo, Ohio. She has been an avid competitor at American Quarter Horse Association events since the age of nine. As a youth competitor, she achieved AQHYA World Show Top Ten awards, All-American Quarter Horse Congress Top Ten, and finished her youth career as Congress Champion in Western Riding with Bobbi Bar Time. The pair topped the Honor Roll in Western Riding during their last two years in the youth division. Kimberly continued to show Bobbi as an amateur and achieved a Congress Reserve Championship, Honor Roll runner-up, and World Show Top Five and Finalist. She has resumed showing within the past two years on a daughter of Bobbi Bar Time after spending three years in graduate school studies.

Kimberly received her MFA at the University of South Florida in Tampa in 2009. Her equine paintings have been featured on the cover of All-American Quarter Horse Congress Souvenir Program in 2007 and 2009. Her art has been accepted in several juried competitions including the Toledo Area Artists' Exhibition, the Midwest National Abstract Exhibition (Indiana), the Butler Mid-Year Exhibition in Youngstown, Ohio and Northern National Art Exhibition in Rhinelander, Wisconsin.
